Data Confirmation

GGUSD parents are now able to complete their annual Data Confirmation for the 2025-2026 school year online, via their Aeries Parent Portal ( https://mykids.ggusd.us ).

Online Data Confirmation is a requirement for each student.  Parents are able to:

• Add/update their student’s emergency contacts
• Add/update medical information
• Complete annual student authorizations for the upcoming school year
• Review other school documents 

Please note:

• Address changes must be done in person
• Parents must provide proof of the new address.
• Parents who complete the online data confirmation will receive priority access to their student’s teacher assignments
•  Assignments released in August.
• Data confirmation must be completed by August 7th.  
• Your student will not be placed into a class until this has been completed.
